I’ve been drinking protein drinks and they seem to have affected a significant reduction in my overall pain level.\u00a0 I would estimate about an 80% reduction.\u00a0 The effect is that I am a little more active, due to the lack of pain, but I still am as uncoordinated as heck due to the neurological disorder.<\/p>\n
For some crazy reason, I decided I was man enough to unload the wheelchair out of the back of my wife’s CR-V.\u00a0 I dropped it on my foot.\u00a0 The weight of the wheel chair pulled me into a full dive-roll over the wheelchair.\u00a0 I somehow was able to roll onto my back, feet in the air.<\/p>\n
I am more sore and humble than I usually am. LOL.\u00a0 I shan’t do that again.\u00a0 I promise.<\/p>\n
It was funny when it happened, but as time is going on, the soreness is setting in.\u00a0 I didn’t break anything, but I must have used my arms to move my body because they are really sore.<\/p>\n
I do have to say that I am very pleased with the effect of the protein drinks.\u00a0 They have really done a job on my muscles.\u00a0 Without them, I never would have been able to be as mobile as I have been.<\/p>\n
