Ugh.<\/p>\n
Had a marvelous evening with my wife and youngest daughter.\u00a0 Sat down to watch TV after dinner and then it hit.<\/p>\n
The spasms felt like individual strands of muscle fiber were being pulled taut like a violin string.\u00a0 This was not in one location, but universal.<\/p>\n
I medicated myself and went to bed.\u00a0 I woke up during the night starving (as I often do, the spasms burn a lot of energy.)\u00a0 I ate a bowl of cereal and went back to sleep.<\/p>\n
This morning….. ugh.<\/p>\n
I must have injured muscles everywhere.\u00a0 I feel like I’ve been drug behind a horse…. over rocks.<\/p>\n
I am in good spirits.\u00a0 I am amazed at how this disease works.\u00a0 \u00a0Unfortunately, I think this is going to take a few days for me to get my body repaired.<\/p>\n
I have taken additional meds this morning, to try and loosen the muscles so they will heal.\u00a0 As an additional step, I’m going to remand myself to the wheelchair.\u00a0 I can feel that coming anyway.\u00a0 My thighs absolutely sting when I just got up to fix a cup of coffee w. chicory.<\/p>\n
My body is not a happy camper today.\u00a0 But, with God’s help, life will continue.\u00a0 The Sun is shining and the flowers are blooming.\u00a0 It’s going to be a beautiful day.<\/p>\n
I thank the Lord that I’m on disability. I would have to miss several days of work for this one.<\/p>\n
