I actually requested that I be sedated for 24 hours in a hospital yesterday.<\/p>\n
That’s where I was.<\/p>\n
Thank God for a wonderful Neurologist.<\/p>\n
He gave me a bolus, which is a concentrated dose of Baclofen.\u00a0 It relaxed the muscles in 5 minutes.\u00a0 My blood pressure was the highest it had ever been.<\/p>\n
My muscles are beyond sore.\u00a0 They have been in the excited state for several days.\u00a0 My skin still burns, but at least I can move now.<\/p>\n
Sore muscles are bearable.<\/p>\n
Look, when I say “thank God for a wonderful Neurologist,” I mean I don’t think I could make it through life without him and his team.<\/p>\n
My wife, as always, deserves a debt of gratitude.\u00a0 She takes over as my knight when I can no longer think for myself.\u00a0 Unfortunately, this is becoming more frequent, as time goes by.<\/p>\n
My oldest daughter is incredible.\u00a0 She and my youngest worry about me more than I wish they would.\u00a0 My oldest forces joy into my life where the youngest brings it natural.<\/p>\n
My stepson, was there.\u00a0 Letting me curse, getting me to the doctor. He means an unspeakable amount to me.<\/p>\n
My mother-in-law.\u00a0 Well, she brought me her puppy to play with. She continues to astound me. She instinctively knows what I need.<\/p>\n
These people know what to do and when.\u00a0 I could not pray for a better support group.<\/p>\n
Thanks to all of these, beyond wonderful people.<\/p>\n
