{"id":305,"date":"2017-12-16T14:50:10","date_gmt":"2017-12-16T20:50:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/journey.jayctheriot.com\/?p=305"},"modified":"2017-12-16T14:50:10","modified_gmt":"2017-12-16T20:50:10","slug":"2017-december-16th-two-positives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jayscafe.net\/?p=305","title":{"rendered":"2017 December 16th, Two Positives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I feel the need to follow up the last entry with two positives.\u00a0 The first is that my beautiful wife, my daughter and I went run errands mid-day.\u00a0 After about 3 hours of being out, the on-going cramps finally progressed to spasms.\u00a0 At our last stop, I stayed in the car and took my cocktail.\u00a0 That&#8217;s been about 30 minutes ago and they are starting to kick in.\u00a0 The spasms are weakening.<\/p>\n<p>I love that we have found this.\u00a0 I spend three hours getting a haircut, shopping, eating cheesecake and I&#8217;m getting relief laying on the positive #2:\u00a0 A heated throw.<\/p>\n<p>One of the largest issues I have is getting quality sleep because of all the cramps, spasms and agonizing pain from arthritis and, mostly, the spasticity.\u00a0 My wife talked to a massage therapist and found out about heated throws.\u00a0 I&#8217;m in love.\u00a0 I didn&#8217;t want to get out of bed this morning.\u00a0 Normally, I can&#8217;t wait to get up and move around.\u00a0 A heated throw is going to be an incredible addition to our arsenal. I can accuse the blanket of increasing my comfort level.<\/p>\n<p>Note:\u00a0 I apologize for the negativity of the prior entry.\u00a0 However, I promised myself that I would be honest in writing this blog.\u00a0 In eliminating my mentality, I eliminate the truth.\u00a0 Using a word coined by Michael J.
