Many glorious thanks are owed.\u00a0 I remain in shock that we have come this far.\u00a0 At this juncture, my words fail me.\u00a0 I think we just closed a chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Several nights and days have passed since my wife and I ceased work on developing the Abort! method.\u00a0 We are now holding the method static and putting it to use. It continues to work.\u00a0 However, there are caveats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have had two long events.\u00a0 The first, lasted about 13 hours on Saturday and the next lasted about 6 hours Monday night.\u00a0 My muscles are sore, but no where near as destroyed as the have been.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finding some way of stopping the spasms was only a battle in a long war.\u00a0 However, it was a major battle.\u00a0 I feel this was my Normandy.\u00a0 We now have a foothold.\u00a0 I remain in amazement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As for how I am doing?\u00a0 I’m walking.\u00a0 I want to shout from the rooftops.\u00a0 However, I feel despair.\u00a0 I had a good friend have a massive cardiac arrest and has now left us.\u00a0 The whole thing took 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have been fighting a critical stage of Kennedy’s Disease for 21 months and running.\u00a0 It took my friend less than 24 hours to die.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am lost for words.\u00a0 Instead of thoughts about our miraculous achievement, my wife is breaking down at a nail shop and I the mental picture I have is of his wife and two daughters, holding one another weeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I grieve for my loss, but even more for there’s.\u00a0 The were a devoted loving family.\u00a0 You could see it in their eyes when you asked them about their kids. I can’t imagine where they are.\u00a0 I pray they find peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
