{"id":1384,"date":"2017-10-24T03:36:33","date_gmt":"2017-10-24T08:36:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/journey.jayctheriot.com\/?p=178"},"modified":"2017-10-24T03:36:33","modified_gmt":"2017-10-24T08:36:33","slug":"2017-october-24th-stiffness-a-stupid-mistake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jayscafe.net\/?p=1384","title":{"rendered":"2017 October 24th, Stiffness &amp; a Stupid Mistake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I woke up at 3 am, somewhat uncoordinated and stiff.\u00a0 My tarsal area of my right foot and carpals and metacarpals of my hands are stiff and in pain.\u00a0 I&#8217;m trying to type to get the stiffness out of my hands.\u00a0 The right side of my neck is still stiff from that sore muscle.<\/p>\n<p>In my effort to stave off an event yesterday, I inadvertently took some of my wife&#8217;s sleeping meds.\u00a0 Oops.\u00a0 They are exactly the same shape as my oral Baclofen.\u00a0 I didn&#8217;t move much yesterday afternoon.\u00a0 My body did relax&#8230;. a lot.\u00a0 I thought I was heading for another visit at my local CCU.\u00a0 Then, I realized what I did.<\/p>\n<p>I never claimed to be a real smart cookie.<\/p>\n<p>I am looking to produce a few entries for the local photographic contest.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t know about putting my work up for sale.
